Elunoku is provided by Ascend Spark as a Sudoku puzzle game for personal entertainment and skill practice.
By downloading or using Elunoku, you agree to use the app lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Acceptable Use
- Do not interfere with, misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass the normal operation or security of the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit proprietary app artwork, puzzle collections, or other content without permission.
- Do not use Elunoku in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Elunoku is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or compatibility with every device configuration.
- The current version stores core progress locally and does not guarantee recovery after app deletion, device loss, device reset, storage corruption, or an unsupported data migration.
- To the extent permitted by law, Ascend Spark is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the app.

Local Data
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device. The current version does not include an Ascend Spark account or cross-device cloud backup for Elunoku progress.
Future Features
Game modes, themes, advertising, purchases, and other features may change in future releases. Material changes will be reflected in updated product information, terms, or privacy disclosures as appropriate.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting revised terms on this page. Continued use of the product after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
